FREE REVISION POLICY

The revision policy at Thesis Ace Writers has been meticulously created due to the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. The following are the terms of the revision policy, which are subject to modification at any time.

If the provided work does not satisfy the customer's expectations, they have the right to seek a modification. We offer one major revision and two minor changes at no additional cost. Nonetheless, a few criteria will be examined in further depth below.

After We have finalised a paper or project code, we will deliver it to You for review. You have three days to request unlimited, free modifications. Please remember that it is Your responsibility to provide a valid and accurate email address for delivery, to download the Order in a timely manner, and to review it thoroughly. A revision request that qualifies for a complimentary revision does not add to or contradict the initial instructions. Your request for a free revision will not be accepted if You submit it after the free revision time has expired or if it contains new or additional instructions. If You still need a paper amended, You can either submit a fresh Order for "editing/formatting" using the Website's communication channels, or contact the support team to indicate that You'd like a revision with new instructions. Then, You will receive an additional payment link to cover the change's cost.

There are two ways for a client to acknowledge a revision to the work they received.

• 1) The first approach does not include grading a review. The instructions for both free revisions and editing/formatting Orders should be as clear and detailed as possible so that the writer understands precisely what You want changed. You can submit revision instructions by submitting a message on the Order page or by sending an email to support@thesisacewriters.com with Your Order number in the subject line.
• 2) The revision can be marked on the document itself in the second way. The consumer can provide feedback on reviewable sections.

To maintain customer satisfaction, the client will receive the first modification of the paper within 24 hours. In the event of a second revision, the document will be returned within 48 hours. However, three or more modifications require 72 hours. These timelines are subject to change based on the changed material and the type of the revision. If the change does not adhere to the customer's initial instructions, the client may be charged an adjustment fee. In any instance, full payment must be received before a purchase can be executed.
